Her house did shew her prudent care,

Her upright life did end in peace.

Editor: This is believed to be the headstone of Isaac Burkill, who died on 5th February 1821, aged 71 years. He was a coal porter.  His funeral was on 8th February 1821.  The next entry in the Parish register is for the funeral of his wife, who died on 14th February 1821, and her funeral was on 17th February 1821. According to the Parish Register, she was 61 years old.
